I get really steamed at a town that is in the north and plows the roads like they are working on a Florida Snow Emergency fund. Yes, I am talking about Peabody, Massachusetts.
During the last snow fall on 12/26/10 I thought it was a fluke that Peabody didn't get the roads plowed as well as Salem did. But, low and behold it happened AGAIN 01/12/11. This is uncalled for.
